In order to deliver exceptional quality for homebuyers, Asumma is hiring a skilled construction manager with prefab and timber experience to lead our construction ops in Finland.
Asumma is looking for an experienced Construction Management Lead to join our ambitious, high-performing construction technology startup. The person in this role will oversee CLT (cross-laminated timber) single-family home construction projects across the Finnish market. Some travel within Finland is required. This is a hands-on, operational role with the opportunity to evolve into a team manager as the company grows.
The Construction Management Lead will interface directly with Asumma’s house buyers, materials suppliers, external contractors, and our internal Architecture & Engineering team to deliver CLT houses at the highest level of quality and safety, while being consistently on-time and on-budget.
We are seeking an analytical, financially-savvy, operationally-excellent, and highly-organized professional with strong communication and negotiation skills. You will be the owner of and primarily responsible for the successful delivery of your projects, and benefit from owning stock options of the company as we grow into one of the biggest housing brands in Europe.
