1. Reach out to us

   Write us an email at kustannuslaskenta@asumma.com with a short description of your project. We will contact you to discuss your project and send you a quote. If you are satisfied with the price and timeline we can start working on your project's cost estimation.
2. Submit Your Designs
   ‍
   Begin by sending us your project designs. We use the Building Information Model (BIM) in all our works and recommend providing designs in IFC format. We can work with 2D drawings too, and we can build a BIM model for you if needed. Your designs remain your intellectual property (IP). Your designs are not copied or shared without your consent, safeguarding your interests.
3. Asumma calculates your project costs

   Once we receive your designs, Asumma will analyze your project and use our proprietary parametric cost calculation tool to do the cost estimation. Our tool utilizes hundreds of different parameters to generate a detailed cost estimate for you. Our data is based on the latest market figures and adheres to the Talo 2000 classification, ensuring that the cost estimates reflect the market data.
4. Receive your estimates in a matter of days
   
   You will have access to your dedicated portal, where you can preview the cost estimation results. You can explore the estimates in detail, gaining insights into your project's financials. You will receive a summary document with high-level project costs and a detailed breakdown of individual cost line items.
